Refunds for purchases or recurring charges can be requested by contacting customer support. Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used subscriptions.

Cancellation of all future recurring charges can be requested on our contact page. Nectar Brazil reserves the right to grant a refund or credit applicable to purchases on this site at its discretion.

A decision to refund a charge does not imply an obligation to issue additional future refunds. If a refund is issued by the Payment Gateway for any reason, it will be credited exclusively to the payment method used in the original transaction. Nectar Brazil will not issue refunds by cash, check or other payment mechanism.
